American Legion Post 23 ROTC Endowment Scholarship Fund

Must be an incoming freshman who is interested in pursuing ROTC but did not qualify for the national ROTC scholarship award. Must have a minimum ACT score of 20 and GPA of 3.0. Preference given to students who have family members involved with the American Legion Post 23 organization.
