Willa Dean Tudor Noffsinger Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student and a graduate of a high school in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Must be majoring in Elementary Education within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Renewable up to three additional years if student maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and continues to meet the established criteria.
