James Hines Memorial Scholarship Fund for Lady Topper Basketball

Must be a full-time student and a member of the WKU Lady Topper Basketball Team. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2. First preference will be given to a resident of Kentucky and a graduate of a Kentucky High School.
