Eric Mallory Forsythe and Cathy Marie Forsythe Scholarship Fund

Must be enrolled as a full-time student. Must be majoring in Hospitality Management and Dietetics with a concentration in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. First preference to a student residing in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Second preference to students from the Western Kentucky region. Must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Renewable provided the recipient maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and continues to meet established criteria.
