Must be a full-time student and a graduate from a high school in Edmonson, Butler, Grayson, or Simpson counties in Kentucky. First preference is a pre-law student who intends to practice law for a 5-year period of service in either Edmonson, Butler, Grayson, or Simpson counties, KY, after passing the Bar exam.
