William and Chloe Miller Howard Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student and a graduate of Monroe County High School in Kentucky. Must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0. Renewable provided the recipient reapplies each year and maintains a minimum cumulative WKU GPA of 3.0. Financial need will be an important consideration.
