Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student and pursuing a major in music or mathematics. First preference to students that are residents of Kentucky or graduates of a high school in Kentucky and have a with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Renewable provided the recipient maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and continues to meet the established criteria.
