Must be a full-time or part-time graduate student at the WKU Owensboro campus. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Must be pursuing a Masters in Teacher Education and demonstrate financial need. First preference given to applicants who are currently teaching in the Hancock County School System. Second preference given to applicants who are currently teaching in a school district in Daviess, Henderson, McLean, and Ohio counties in Kentucky.
