Ethel Mallory Forsythe Memorial Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student with a minimum GPA of 2.5. First preference is given to students who are residents of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Second preference is given to students from Butler or Logan counties in Kentucky. Renewable provided that the student continues to maintain eligibility requirements.
