Must be a graduate of Allen County — Scottsville High School and a full-time beginning freshman at an accredited college or university in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and financial need is considered. Must have completed volunteer service hours for an agency or organization in the Allen County community.
