William and Chloe Miller Howard Memorial Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student and a graduate of Monroe County High School in Kentucky. Must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 and majoring in an area of study within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Financial need will be considered. Renewable provided the recipient reapplies each year and maintains a minimum cumulative WKU GPA of 3.0.
