Richard E. Hart Memorial Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student. Must be a resident of Webster County and a graduate of Webster County High School in Kentucky. Must demonstrate financial need, high Christian moral character, involvement in church and community activities, and a GPA of at least 3.0.
