Fifth District VFW War Veterans Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time student and a veteran in good standing with a combat ribbon. Must be a resident of the Fifth District area: Allen, Butler, Barren, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Simpson, or Warren counties.
