Beulah R. Winchel Scholarship Fund for Elementary Education

Must be a full-time student pursuing a degree in Elementary Education within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Must be from a rural area of Kentucky, with first preference to students from Breckinridge County. Must have demonstrated financial need.
