Noon Optimist Club of Owensboro Scholarship Fund
Must be registered for at least six semester hours at WKU-Owensboro and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must demonstrate outstanding citizenship qualities and submit the required essay. Must have a FAFSA already on file. Spring portion of the award is dependent upon successful completion of the fall semester.
