Must be a graduate of Allen County — Scottsville High School and a full-time beginning freshman at an accredited college or university in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and financial need is considered. Must have completed volunteer service hours for an agency or organization in the Allen County community and must also be an active member a a local church.
