Must be a full-time freshman and a graduate of a high school in Warren County, Kentucky. Must be pursuing post-secondary training at an accredited, degree-granting institution. Must maintain a 2.5 GPA and provide proof of enrollment. This award is need-based. Must submit a high school transcript, a brief narrative explaining the reason for applying, planned course of study, and future plans. A copy of the 2015 federal and state income tax returns for the mother and father and/or legal guardian are required.
