John W. and Lucille Hazzard Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time junior or senior student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree within the School of Nursing and Allied Health in the College of Health and Human Services. Preference given to graduates of Caldwell County, McCracken County, Webster County, Hopkins County, or Crittenden County high schools. Must be a resident of Kentucky.
