May be a part-time or full-time student and a resident of Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Simpson, or Warren counties. First preference must be given to a U.S. Marine or Navy Corpman who served in the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) or a family member of a U.S. Marine or Navy Corpman who served in the FMF. Second preference given to students who have a military background.
