Must be a full-time student and a dependent child of an employee of Warren RECC. Preference given to students majoring in a healthcare-related field. If no undergraduate student is qualified, the scholarship may be given to a qualified graduate student. Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in each semester the award is received.
