Must be a full-time international graduate student attending WKU on a F-1 visa. Must be in good standing and not a recipient of any athletic scholarships or third party sponsorships. Must be a resident of Central or Eastern Europe, Belarus, Central Asia, or Nepal. Preference given to a female student.
