Must be a full-time student who displays exemplary character and be involved in extracurricular activities in high school and/or college. First-time recipient must be an incoming freshman from Bowling Green High School or a dependent of Paul Gray Physical Therapy Employee. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
