Must be a full-time student attending the WKU-Glasgow campus. Must be a graduate of Adair County High School, Allen County-Scottsville High School, Barren County High School, Caverna High School, Clinton County High School, Cumberland County High School, Glasgow High School, Green County High School, Hart County High School, Metcalfe County High School, Monroe County High School, Russell County High School, or Taylor County High School.
