Delbert and Willie Oliphant Terrell Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time beginning freshman student majoring in Chemistry, Physics, or Geography within Ogden College of Science & Engineering. If no one qualifies, a student majoring in Agriculture or Nursing will be accepted. Must be a graduate of Allen County-Scottsville High School, in the top 15% of the graduating class. Must be a resident of rural Allen County.
