Sandra G. Miller and Kenneth D. Miller Scholarship Fund

Must be a part-time or full-time graduate student majoring in Special Education, getting a Rank I or Rank II in Special Education, or getting an EDD in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Special Education. Must be currently teaching or recently graduated and planning to teach in Special Education in the following areas in Kentucky: first preference of McLean County, second preference of Daviess County, or third preference of Ohio County.
