Beulah R. Winchel Scholarship Fund for Middle Grade Education

Must be a full-time student and pursuing a major in Middle Grades Education within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Must be from a rural area of Kentucky, with first preference given to students from Breckinridge County. Must demonstrate financial need.
