Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences within the Department of Applied Human Sciences in the College of Health and Human Services. Must be a member of Phi Upsilon Omicron. Must demonstrate loyalty and continued service to Phi U since becoming an active member. Must be a participating member of one or more professional Home Economics organizations at WKU.
