Joseph A. Dear Memorial Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time minority student majoring in Journalism within the School of Media & Communication in Potter College of Arts & Letters, with preference given to a student who resides in a community served by Mr. Dear’s group of newspapers. This area includes Henderson, Union, Webster, McLean, Simpson, and Marshall counties in Kentucky. Students interested in the business aspects of journalism are also considered.
