Frederick B and Ayako I Phillips Foundation Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time undergraduate student that has been accepted into the Teacher Education program within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must be a graduate of a high school in Bullitt, Oldham, Shelby, or Spencer counties in Kentucky.
