Harlin Parker has also been a friend to WKU for many years. To further that relationship, they established the Harlin Parker Scholarship Fund in June of 2001. Harlin Parker, Attorneys at Law initiated the fund in order to give back to the community and to WKU, which they have served and that has served them in return. Through this fund, deserving students are offered assistance and Harlin Parker’s legacy at WKU continues in perpetuity.
