Bowling Green High School Class of 1968

Bowling Green High School (BGHS) opened as the first public high school in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in 1908. The initial class of six graduated in 1912. Since then, the building has moved from Center Street to Rockingham Lane, with several renovations and adoption of High Street and University High students along the way. Today, BGHS remains ever-changing, representing the diverse populations that make up Bowling Green. Over 20,000 students have graduated from BGHS.

To assist future students, the Bowling Green High School Class of 1968 established the Bowling Green High School Class of 1968 Scholarship Fund. The fund goes to deserving WKU beginning freshmen who are graduates of Bowling Green High School.
