Barren River Homeschool Association

Bowling RIver Homeschool Association (BRHSA) is a volunteer organization in Bowling Green, Kentucky serving homeschooling families in and around the Southcentral Kentucky area. The group is passionate about educating children and providing a Biblical atmosphere for which to do so. With members in Warren, Barren, Edmonson, Simpson, Butler and Allen Counties in Kentucky and Sumner County in Tennessee, they provide educational and social opportunities for their membership through a variety of events and activities. They offer members a network with other homeschoolers for support, discounted membership prices to Homeschool Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), and updated information of current community events and activities for homeschooling families.

To further their reach, BRHSA established the Barren River Homeschool Association Scholarship Fund in 2001. The award assists WKU students who have been homeschooled in BRHSA. Through this fund, BRHSA continues to further their mission of educating their students.
