Must be a full-time student who is a dependent child of a regular full-time or regular part-time employee of Commonwealth Health Corporation. Recipients must obtain a minimum GPS of 3.0 in the first semester of the academic year that the award is received in order to receive the award for the second semester. Financial need may be a consideration.
