Must be a full-time freshman with a GPA of 2.8 OR an ACT of 21 and be a member (or in the immediate family of a member) of the Builders Association of South Central Kentucky. Financial need is to be considered and a FAFSA must be on file. Renewable with a college GPA of 2.8.
