Brent Lee Wagoner Memorial Scholarship Fund

Must be a full-time freshman with a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0. Must be a graduate of Allen County — Scottsville High School in Kentucky. Preference to students pursuing a major within the School of Teacher Education in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences.
